Mini Warriors

Age: 5–7 years

Teen Fighters

Elite Adults

  • Fitness-focused: High-paced Muay Thai drills for endurance and body

Transformation:

  • Advanced: Sparring, strategy, and fight preparation

Goal: Whether for fitness, skill development, or competition — train like a fighter and push your limits

Cardio Kickboxing

Duration: 60 minutes

Description:

  • High-energy workout inspired by Muay Thai
  • Includes punches, kicks, knees, and elbows on bags and in the air
  • Fast-paced combinations with music-driven rhythm
  • Perfect for burning calories, building stamina, and boosting confidence

Strength Intervals

Duration: 60 minutes

Description:

  • Functional interval training in HIIT format
  • Focused on dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises
