Mini Warriors

Age: 5–7 years

Duration: 45 minutes

Description:

  • Fun, structured classes that build coordination, discipline, and focus
  • Introduction to basic Muay Thai: punches, kicks, footwork
  • Movement-based drills and playful learning

Goal: Build a strong foundation, confidence, and love for martial arts

Junior Strikers

Age: 8–12 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Description:

  • Technical Muay Thai training: strikes, defense, movement
  • Partner drills, pad work, bag work
  • Introduction to competition concepts and rules

Goal: Develop solid striking skills and prepare for optional competition

Teen Fighters

Age: 13–17 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Description:

  • Full Muay Thai training: technique, strategy, clinch, conditioning
  • Partner drills and sparring in protective gear
  • Mental preparation and tactical thinking
  • Competition preparation available for interested students

Goal: Build strong, disciplined, and confident young fighters

Elite Adults

Age: 18+

Duration: 90 minutes

Training Levels:

  • Beginner: Fundamentals, technique, pad/bag work
  • Fitness-focused: High-paced Muay Thai drills for endurance and body

Transformation:

  • Advanced: Sparring, strategy, and fight preparation

Goal: Whether for fitness, skill development, or competition — train like a fighter and push your limits

Women’s Cardio Kickboxing

Duration: 60 minutes

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday — 7:00 PM

Coach: Dmitriy Kirpan (Multi-Time World Champion in Kickboxing)

Description:

  • High-energy cardio kickboxing designed specifically for women
  • Music-driven striking combinations
  • Fat-burning, toning, strength building, and confidence boosting
  • No sparring, no contact — a safe, fun, and empowering environment
